TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS
Mr. Bridgeman has extensive Terminal Air Traffic Control background and is a Labor-Relations Subject Matter Expert. His various assignments have afforded him the opportunity to interact with many leaders within the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), as well as leaders of other global industries and members of US Congress and Senate.
A career trainer, Mr. Bridgeman has instructed all facets of Air Traffic Management and was highly instrumental in the National Air Traffic Controllers Association's (NATCA) Quality through Partnership, Conflict Resolution, Interest-Based Bargaining, and Labor Relations Facility Representative training.
As a Labor Relations Specialist at FAA Headquarters, Mr. Bridgeman worked closely with many executives and senior managers within the agency. The working relationships he established are extremely valuable in working though issues between clients and the FAA. He served as Regional Vice President for NATCA and point of contact for all events resulting in accidents or incidents involving controllers. In this position; he built strong working relationships with key staff and facility personnel throughout the FAA.
Mr. Bridgeman's air traffic management experience came as a certified controller in the Phoenix Tower and Terminal Radar Approach Control (TRACON) facilities, Tucson Tower and TRACON, and the Las Vegas and Potomac TRACONs. He further served as supervisor of both the Las Vegas and Potomac TRACONs.
