TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Supervisory Air Traffic Control Specialist/Air Traffic Control Specialist
- Provide contract support to the Safety Risk Management Office of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), in addition to having over 27 years of FAA Air Traffic experience; primarily in terminal facilities with limited experience in Air Route Traffic Control Center and Flight Service Station facilities.
- Held Supervisor, Staff Support/Plans and Procedures Specialist positions as member of management team.
- Served in several union leadership positions.
- Participated in several FAA workgroups including NATCA lead on the Potomac TRACON project for two years; involved in every aspect of the TRACON project including architecture, equipment acquisition, system acquisition and planning, staffing projections, site selection, airspace redesign and management engineering.
- Served as member of the initial Airport Movement and Surveillance System (AMASS) development team.
- Actively involved in runway capacity studies, environmental impact studies, GPS procedure development, facility upgrade projects, new facility construction projects, and facility procedures development.
